Navigate to your cookies folder (generally, c:\windows\cookies) and delete the cookie that contains your site name. Return to your site and log in. The Admin tab should now be present.
Q: I would like to point my existing domain
name to my insightcommerce.net URL. How can I do this?

Q: How do I change my insightcommerce.net
URL?
A: Email Technical Support at support@insightcommerce.com with your new name and your existing insightcommerce.net URL. We'll make the change for you. Allow two business days for the change to take effect. We recommend that you avoid changing your site URL if you're seeing significant traffic.
Q: How can I accept credit cards on my
site?
A: In
order to accept credit cards on your site, you will need an Online Merchant Account from our partner, Humboldt Bank. There is no fee to apply. Once your account is approved, there is a onetime set-up fee of $25. You will receive two monthly statements, one from Humboldt Bank and one from Innuity for payment processing. Monthly charges from Humboldt Bank include a $10 statement fee, a 2.29% discount rate (variable dependent on address verification) on transactions, and $0.20 per transaction charge with a monthly minimum of $15.

Q: While I'm editing my site, some items that I deleted keep reappearing. What can I do?
A: This is caused by a defect in Microsoft Internet Explorer. To work around this problem, you
can:
- Ensure you have the latest version of Microsoft Internet
Explorer.
- Open your browser and click "Tools" at the top of the
page.
- Click Settings in the Temporary Internet Files area.
- Click the radio button next to "Every visit to the page"
option.
- Click OK until the windows are closed.
